Introducing: Our Free Weight-Loss Program (Also Known as Life on a Horse Farm!)

Horse Farm WorkoutAre you tired of overpriced gym memberships? Bored of treadmills that go nowhere? Sick of lifting dumbbells when you could be lifting… horse poop?

Well, have we got a revolutionary, organic, and aromatically adventurous solution for you! Welcome to our Free Weight-Loss Program—hosted right here at our horse farm, where every chore is a calorie-burning, muscle-toning, sweat-inducing experience.

Burn Calories. Build Muscle. Befriend a Horse.

Our program includes a carefully curated list of daily activities guaranteed to make your abs pop (eventually) and your therapist ask, “Are you okay?”

🧹 Stall Mucking (The Full-Body Burn)

Shoveling horse manure might not sound glamorous, but it’s basically CrossFit with character. Squat, scoop, dump. Repeat. We dare you to find a gym that smells this authentic.

💩 Manure Relocation (HIIT—Horse-Initiated Interval Training)

Grab a wheelbarrow, fill it with about 200 pounds of organic “material,” and push it uphill in the sun. Bonus: dodging curious ponies trying to knock it over builds agility and emotional resilience.

🔨 Fence Repair (Upper Body & Existential Strength)

Haul boards, swing hammers, and negotiate with rebellious nails while wondering what exactly you did to deserve this. It’s a fantastic triceps workout—and occasionally a therapy session.

🐎 Horse Chasing (Cardio with a Purpose)

Sometimes horses don’t want to come in. Sometimes they want to play tag. Chase a half-ton animal across a field and tell us that’s not the best interval sprint session you’ve ever had.

💃 Horse Dancing (Bonus Round)

Yes, it’s a thing. Some horses love music. So, if you find yourself boogying in the barn aisle with a mare to some 90s hits, don’t question it. Just enjoy the moment—and the calories burned.

Equipment? We Got You Covered.

You won’t need yoga mats or resistance bands here. We supply all the essential tools for this lifestyle-based fitness plan:

  • Shovels (the long kind AND the short kind)

  • Pitchforks (surprisingly satisfying to wield)

  • Rakes, hammers, buckets, lead ropes, and maybe a rogue fly swatter or two

Think of it as your rustic home gym… with hooves.

Horse Care: The Heart of It All ❤️

Behind the laughs and workouts is the real magic—caring for the horses. It’s a labor of love, and it keeps us grounded (and sometimes literally in the mud).

  • Feeding: Horses eat more salad than a Hollywood celebrity. Twice a day, you’ll measure out hay, grain, and supplements. It’s like meal prepping for giants.

  • Watering: Clean, fresh water is essential. You’ll develop biceps just from hauling full buckets across the paddock.

  • Grooming: Brushing a horse is meditative. You bond with the animal, improve circulation (yours AND theirs), and end up covered in dust and tail hair. But hey, who needs fancy spa treatments?

  • Health Checks: Daily routines mean watching for signs of lameness, illness, or just plain moodiness. You’ll learn what every ear flick and tail swish means.

Final Thoughts

Our weight-loss program doesn’t come with a contract. It comes with dirt under your nails, sweat on your brow, and a horse that may or may not try to eat your ponytail. But it’s free. It’s real. And it’s way more fun than any gym we’ve ever been to.

So come on down, grab a fork (pitchfork, that is), and join us. Your heart, your glutes, and your inner cowboy will thank you.

Warning: Side effects may include improved mood, spontaneous neighing, and the overwhelming desire to hug a horse.

Want to sign up for our Free Weight-Loss Program (a.k.a. volunteering)? Shoot us a message—we’ve got a shovel with your name on it.
